Howie Kendrick moves up to second in the Phillies' batting order
Philadelphia Phillies second baseman Howie Kendrick has been moved up to second in the batting order for Wednesday's game against the Boston Red Sox.
Kendrick was batting cleanup for the Phillies in their last two games against Boston, but Daniel Nava has been dropped to sixth in the order tonight while Kendrick slides up to the two-hole against Red Sox' southpaw Brian Johnson.
Kendrick has a strong .393 wOBA through 99 plate appearances this season, and he's a solid fantasy option tonight while the Phillies boast a 4.79 implied total.
