Billy Hamilton out of the Reds' lineup on Wednesday
Cincinnati Reds center fielder Billy Hamilton is not in the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's road game against the San Diego Padres.
It's just a routine day off for Hamilton, and Arismendy Alcantara will replace him in center field while Jose Peraza moves up into the leadoff spot against Padres' righty Jhoulys Chacin.
Hamilton has only hit .238/.290/.302 with a .263 wOBA this season, but his 28 stolen bases are the most in the majors. numberFire's models project him to hit .262 with 22 RBI, 45 runs scored and another 25 stolen bases in 349 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
