Scooter Gennett not starting for Reds on Sunday
Cincinnati Reds second baseman/outfielder Scooter Gennett is not in Sunday's starting lineup against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Gennett will take a seat for the second time in three contests as the Dodgers send left-hander Hyun-Jin Ryu to the hill. Adam Duvall is back in left field for Cincinnati while Jose Peraza is on second base and Eugenio Suarez handles the hot corner.
numberFire's models project Gennett to record a .275 batting average with 8 home runs and 31 RBI in 260 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
