Brandon Belt not starting Sunday for San Francisco
San Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt is not in Sunday's starting lineup versus the Minnesota Twins.
Belt will sit against Twins left-hander Nik Turley in what will be his first taste of big league action. Buster Posey is starting at first base while Nick Hundley handles thing behind the plate for San Francisco.
numberFire's models project Belt to record a .267 batting average with 12 home runs, 48 RBI, 50 runs scored and 3 stolen bases in 387 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
