Yunel Escobar out of the lineup Sunday for Angels
Los Angeles Angels third baseman Yunel Escobar is out of the lineup Sunday against the Houston Astros.
Luis Valbuena is taking over at the hot corner, and he's penciled into the cleanup spot.
The Halos have a tough matchup versus top prospect David Paulino. The Astros' righty has flashed big-time stuff in his limited MLB career, putting up a 27.9% strikeout rate with a 12.9% swinging-strike rate. With that said, the Angels have a decent 4.11 implied total, and Valbuena is a cleanup stick priced at $2,500 on FanDuel. His 45.3% fly-ball rate gives him a chance to run into one, but that's something he's only done three times in 119 plate appearances in 2017.
