Rays' Corey Dickerson batting second versus White Sox
Tampa Bay Rays designated hitter Corey Dickerson is batting second in the lineup on Thursday.
What It Means:
With the Rays facing lefty Derek Holland, the team is trotting out the same lineup they have used the last three times against sotuhpaws. Dickerson moves out of the leadioff spot in favor of Steven Souza. He will hit second, bumping Kevin Kiermaier down to sixth in Thursday.
Dickerson has found success batting in the two-hole. He is slashing .387/.424/.548 in 33 plate appearances as the number two hitter in the lineup this season.
