Russell Martin (neck) back in the lineup for Toronto against Oakland
Toronto Blue Jays catcher Russell Martin (neck) is back in the lineup against the Oakland Athletics on Wednesday afternoon.
Martin is dealing with a minor neck injury, which sidelined him on Tuesday, but he'll be back behind the plate and batting seventh against A's righty Jharel Cotton. His return sends Luke Maile back to the bench.
Martin is slashing .235/.376/.391 with a .344 wOBA through 34 games (141 plate appearances) in 2017.
