Toronto Blue Jays catcher Luke Maile is out of the lineup for Wednesday's road game against the Oakland Athletics.
Russell Martin, who has been in and out of the lineup with neck stiffness this week, is back behind the plate and batting seventh against Athletics' righty Jharel Cotton this afternoon.
Maile has struggled from the dish this season, slashing .125/.169/.208 with a .168 wOBA through 24 games (77 plate appearances).
