Toronto Blue Jays second baseman Devon Travis (wrist) is out of the lineup on Monday.
What It Means:
Travis was hit on the wrist by a pitch on Sunday, forcing him to leave the game early. While X-rays came back negative, the second baseman is still sore and will likely need a couple of games off to recover. Darwin Barney is starting at second and batting eighth on Monday.
Travis was batting .384 with 13 doubles, four home runs, and 20 RBI's in his last 92 plate appearances.
