Tigers' Mikie Mahtook getting a start in right field
Detroit Tigers outfielder Mikie Mahtook is getting a start Sunday against the Chicago White Sox as the lineup is shuffled with Victor Martinez out.
It appears to be a day of rest for V-Mart, although it's a tough break as the Tigers are taking on struggling lefty David Holmberg. J.D. Martinez is filling V-Mart's slot as the designated hitter while Mahtook plays right field.
Detroit boasts one of the day's top implied totals (5.47) for their date with Holmberg, and Mahtook is hitting seventh. He's put up some gaudy batted-ball stats this season -- 48.9% hard-hit rate with a 44.4% fly-ball rate -- and at a $2,300 FanDuel salary, he could be a cheap inclusion in a Detroit stack.
