Yankees shut down Jacoby Ellsbury (concussion) again

New York Yankees outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury (concussion) has been shut down again due to a recurrence of his headaches.

What It Means:

Ellsbury was optimistic he could return from the disabled list this weekend, but instead he will see a neurologist about his continuing headaches. There is currently no timetable for his return, so look for Aaron Hicks to continue playing centerfield regularly.

Ellsbury owns a .337 wOBA and a .281/.349/.422 slash line over 153 plate appearances this season. He has four homers and 14 RBI's on the year.
