Houston Astros first baseman Marwin Gonzalez is starting on Saturday against the Texas Rangers.
Yulieski Gurriel is getting the day off so Gonzalez will cover first base. He is batting sixth against Andrew Cashner on Saturday.
Gonzalez is a scorching 9-for-20 over his last five games with a homer and six RBI's. He has a .431 wOBA with 12 homers and 34 RBI's over 154 plate appearances this season.
