Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder/catcher Chris Herrmann is in the starting lineup against the Miami Marlins on Saturday, batting fifth.
Herrmann had been on a tear in mid-May, hitting a home run in each of his three starts from May 17th to May 24th. His bat cooled down considerably after that, though, and he's been 0-for-12 with with six strikeouts since that run. Yasmany Tomas will hit the bench to make way for Herrmann.
Herrmann's season line sits at .173/.287/.400 in 87 plate appearances this year. He has five home runs among his 13 hits.
