Deven Marreo not in the Red Sox lineup Friday
Boston Red Sox third baseman Deven Marrero is not in the lineup Friday.
What It Means:
With regular third baseman Pablo Sandoval healthy again, Marrero will be spending plenty of time on the bench, giving Sandoval the occasional day off at third.
Marrero was slashing just .176/.22/.328 in 73 plate appearances this season.
