After temporarily losing his ninth-inning role earlier this month, the 23-year-old right-hander has given up zero runs and just three hits while striking out seven over his last five outings. Along with the nine saves, Diaz owns a 3.80 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 29.0 strikeout percentage in 21 1/3 innings this season.
