J.A. Happ (elbow) returning to Jays' rotation on Tuesday
Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher J.A. Happ (elbow) will start on Tuesday versus the Cincinnati Reds.
Happ has been out since mid-April with left elbow inflammation but after making a rehab start last week and a bullpen session on Sunday is ready to return to the big leagues. Happ will be on a limited pitch count in his first start in six weeks, so fantasy owners may want to hold him out a little bit longer.
numberFire's models project Happ for 79 2/3 innings pitched the rest of the season with a 4.53 ERA, 1.32 WHIP, and 62 strikeouts.
