Toronto Blue Jays second baseman Devon Travis had a monster day at the plate on Friday, going 3-for-4 with a homer and four RBI.
Travis got the Blue Jays on the board with a grand slam off in the second inning. He wound up finishing the night just a triple shy of the cycle. After a miserable start to the season, Travis' bat has heated up substantially in recent weeks.
Travis is now hitting .252/.287/.439 with four homers, 19 RBI and four stolen bases in 165 plate appearances on the season.
