Blue Jays welcoming back Josh Donaldson, Troy Tulowitzki Friday

Toronto Blue Jays infielders Josh Donaldson (calf) and Troy Tulowitzki (hamstring) will both be activated before Friday's matchup with the Texas Rangers.

What It Means:

Donaldson hasn't played since April 13 while Tulowitzki was last in action on April 21. They will start at third base and shortstop, respectively, on Friday night as the Blue Jays battle right-hander A.J. Griffin and the Rangers.

numberFire's models project Donaldson to record a .281 batting average with 15 home runs and 47 RBI's in 330 plate appearances (PA) over the remainder of the season. Tulo is pegged for a .258 average, nine longballs and 37 RBI's in 290 more PA.
