Robbie Ray punches out nine in Diamondbacks' victory on Thursday
Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Robbie Ray dealt seven scoreless innings, fanning nine Milwaukee Brewers en route to a 4-0 victory on Thursday.
Ray allowed only two hits with no walks in the game -- which was his second straight scoreless start, moving him to 4-3 on the year.
Ray has opened 2017 with a 3.45 ERA, 3.75 SIERA, 29.8 percent strikeout rate, 11.7 percent walk rate and 1.20 WHIP through 10 starts (60 innings pitched).
