Astros giving Josh Reddick a breather versus the Tigers
Houston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick is not in the lineup Wednesday.
Reddick has started the last 10 games for Houston and simply is getting a day of rest as the Astros face southpaw Daniel Norris on Wednesday. Marwin Gonzalez is batting in Reddick's usual two-spot, while George Springer has shifted over to right field while Jake Marisnick covers center.
Marisnick is slashing .296/.377/.537 with four home runs and three stolen bases in 61 plate appearances this season.
