Ryan Braun resting as Brewers battle Blue Jays
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is out of the Brewers' starting lineup Wednesday afternoon against the Blue Jays.
Hernan Perez is handling things in left field for Milwaukee. He'll bat third against right-hander Marcus Stroman and the Blue Jays. Braun has gone 0-for-8 with a strikeout in the last two games since returning from a left calf strain.
On the season, Braun is slashing .265/.353/.529 with 7 home runs, 19 RBI's, 19 runs scored and 4 stolen bases in 116 plate appearances.
