Houston holding out Carlos Correa against Tigers
Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa is out of the starting lineup on Tuesday night against the Detroit Tigers.
Evan Gattis will also take a seat with Correa, who has gone 0-for-8 with three strikeouts over his last two games. The Astros will start Marwin Gonzalez at shortstop and hit him fifth versus right-hander Jordan Zimmermann and the Tigers.
Correa is hitting .276/.361/.455 with six home runs and 24 RBI's in 180 plate appearances (41 games) this season.
