Phillies giving Maikel Franco a breather as they take on Colorado
Philadelphia Phillies infielder Maikel Franco is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Colorado Rockies.
What It Means:
This comes a day after Franco went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts on Monday. He now owns a .221/.281/.377 slash through 41 games (171 plate appearances) this season. Andres Blanco is starting at third base and batting fifth versus right-hander German Marquez and the Rockies.
Blanco makes for an attractive DFS play on Tuesday, as he costs the minimum $2,000 on FanDuel and numberFire's models project him to score 8.9 fantasy points.
