Joe Panik's big game lifts Giants to victory
San Francisco Giants second baseman Joe Panik went 3-for-4 from the dish on Monday, finishing with a home run, two doubles and two RBI's in a 6-4 win over the Chicago Cubs.
Panik opened the game with a solo home run, taking Cubs' starter Jon Lackey yard in the top of the first inning for what was only his second home run of the year.
Panik has opened 2017 slashing .268/.322/.376 with a .302 wOBA through 174 plate appearances.
