Mike Trout fills up box score in Angels' rout of Mets
Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout went 2-for-3 with a homer, three RBI's, two walks, a stolen base, and two runs scored in Sunday's 12-5 rout of the New York Mets.
Trout got going early in this one as he hit a two-run homer in the second inning and a RBI double in the third. The Angels' star went 4-for-8 with three runs scored in the weekend series with the Mets.
Trout is slashing .350/.466/.757 with a .488 wOBA in 176 plate appearances this season. He has hit 14 home runs to go along with nine stolen bases.
