Eric Thames (legs) leaves Brewers' game early with cramping
Milwaukee Brewers first baseman Eric Thames (legs) was removed from Sunday's game against the Chicago Cubs with leg cramping.
Thames has been battling hamstring and calf injuries all season, so the cramps are not a surprise. Hopefully, the cramps are minor and the first baseman can avoid a trip to the disabled list. Thames was 0-for-3 with one RBI before being replaced by Jesus Aguilar.
Thames is batting .306 with 13 home runs, 26 RBI's, and 39 runs scored.
