Marco Estrada fans 12 in dominant start for Toronto
Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Marco Estrada was dominant on Sunday, holding the Baltimore Orioles to one run while striking out 12 batters in the Blue Jays' 3-1 victory.
Estrada's only mistake was to Adam Jones who cranked a solo shot in the fourth. He gave up just five hits and one walk as he bounced back from allowing five runs to the Atlanta Braves in his last start. Estrada gets the Texas Rangers in a home matchup his next time out.
Estrada is 3-2 with a 3.29 FIP and 70 strikeouts (27.2 percent) in 62 2/3 innings pitched this season.
