Dodgers option lefty Julio Urias to Triple-A
The Los Angeles Dodgers optioned pitcher Julio Urias to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Urias allowed 12 earned runs in his last 6 1/3 innings pitched. The still 20-year-old pitcher will try to work on his stuff in the minors and is likely to have another stint in the majors this season. The Dodgers have a full rotation at the moment and will have Kenta Maeda off the disabled list to take Urias spot later this week.
Urias holds a 5.40 ERA, 1.59 WHIP, and 0-2 record with 11 strikeouts (10.8 percent) in 23 1/3 innings this season.
