Blue Jays' Troy Tulowitzki (hamstring) remains without a return date
Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki (hamstring) -- who was expected to be activated from the 10-day DL on Thursday -- remains without a target date for his return, per Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca.
Tulowitzki di not have a setback with his injury but was given an off day on Wednesday as the club deemed he was not ready to play on back-to-back days. He still needs another game or two in the minors to get his conditioning right before being activated to the major league club. Early next week seems like the most likely time for Tulowitzki's return.
Tulo was hitting .263 with a .287 wOBA in 61 plate appearances before the injury. He has gone 3-for-8 with two walks in 10 plate appearnaces during his rehab assignment.
