Maikel Franco moved down to seventh in Phillies' order
Philadelphia Phillies third baseman Maikel Franco has been dropped to seventh in the batting order for Thursday's matchup with the Texas Rangers.
This will be the lowest Franco has batted in a lineup since his 2014 rookie campaign. Left-hander Martin Perez will be on the mound for the Rangers. Franco has gone just .188 (6-for-32) against southpaws this season.
