Pirates' Josh Bell batting cleanup for first time on Thursday
Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman/outfielder Josh Bell is batting cleanup on Thursday afternoon against the Washington Nationals.
Following a three-run blast on Wednesday night, Bell is up to a .246/.333/.500 slash and .833 OPS in 40 games this season. He has eight taters and 16 RBI's through 138 plate appearances. This will be the 24-year-old's first time hitting cleanup at the big league level.
