Chicago Cubs outfielder Jon Jay (back) is starting in right field and batting ninth on Wednesday night against the Cincinnati Reds.
Jay's pinch-hit appearance on Tuesday night was his first action in the past three games due to back spasms. He'll return to the starting lineup tonight with Cincinnati sending right-hander Scott Feldman to the mound. Ian Happ is manning center and hitting cleanup for the Cubs.
