Yadier Molina homers twice as Cardinals top the Cubs

St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina homered twice Sunday to lead the Cardinals to a 5-0 victory over the rival Chicago Cubs.

What It Means:

Molina hit a two-run bomb off of Jake Arrieta in the fourth and cranked a solo shot off reliever Brian Duensing in the eighth as the icing on the cake. He finished 2-for-4 with two strikeouts to go along with the homers.

Molina is batting .270/.323/.400 with 3 home runs, 14 RBI's, and 14 runs scored in 131 plate appearances.
