Miguel Sano's home run lifts Twins to victory on Friday
Minnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano's solo home run proved to be the deciding factor in Friday's 1-0 win over the Cleveland Indians.
Sano went yard in the first inning, and both offenses were kept incredibly quiet after that point. That makes 10 home runs on the year for him.
Sano has had a terrific start to the 2017 season from the dish, slashing .305/.443/.686 with a .465 wOBA through 131 plate appearances.
