Los Angeles Dodgers second baseman Chase Utley is starting at first base and hitting seventh for Wednesday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
This is Utley's first start at first base this season for the Dodgers. It will be the 31st of his career. Chris Taylor is manning second and hitting sixth versus right-hander Chad Kuhl and the Pirates.
