Mike Trout (hamstring) remains sidelined for Angels on Wednesday
Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout (hamstring) is once again out of the lineup as the Angels take on the Oakland Athletics on Wednesday afternoon.
Left hamstring tightness has sidelined Trout since last Friday, but he took batting practice on Tuesday and will try running on Wednesday, so it looks like he's pretty close to a return. Cameron Maybin will start in Trout's place in center field and bat second on Wednesday.
Trout got off to a hot start this season, slashing .355/.446/.700 with a .469 wOBA through 130 plate appearances.
