Blue Jays hoping to get Josh Donaldson (calf) and Troy Tulowitzki (hamstring) back on Monday
Toronto Blue Jays manager John Gibbons has said that he is hopeful that third baseman Josh Donaldson (calf) and shortstop Troy Tulowitzki (hamstring) are both able to return from the disabled list on Monday.
Both Donaldson and Tulowitzki have been working out at the Jays' spring training complex in Florida, and it doesn't look like they'll need minor league rehab assignments before returning to the lineup. Donaldson last suited up on April 13, while Tulo's last game was April 21.
Getting the pair of sluggers back should provide a much-needed boost to a Blue Jays team that ranks dead-last in numberFire's nERD power rankings.
