Tim Beckham goes yard twice as Rays top Miami
Tampa Bay Rays second baseman Tim Beckham swatted a pair of home runs on Thursday as the Rays scored a 5-1 win over the Miami Marlins.
What It Means:
Beckham has been terrific over the past two weeks, with four home runs, two triples and two doubles, eight runs scored, 11 RBI's and a huge 64.5 percent hard-hit rate through 12 games in that time.
numberFire's models project Beckham to hit .248 and add 12 home runs, 41 runs scored and 37 RBI's in 348 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
