Diamondbacks once again without David Peralta (flu) on Thursday
Arizona Diamondbacks right fielder David Peralta (flu) is once again out of the lineup as the Diamondbacks take on the Washington Nationals on Thursday afternoon.
What It Means:
The stomach flu has held Peralta out of the lineup since April. Chris Owings will start in right field in Peralta's place on Thursday, while Nick Ahmed will draw the start at shortstop.
Peralta has had a strong start to the year, slashing .326/.382/.511 with a .383 wOBA through 102 plate appearances.
