Miami Marlins infielder Adeiny Hechavarria is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Tampa Bay Rays.
It's no more than a standard day of maintenance for Hechavarria. Replacing him at shortstop will be Miguel Rojas, who is hitting eighth against right-hander Alex Cobb.
Hechavarria has no home runs and four RBI's in 49 plate appearances this season (14 games) while slashing .250/.265/.313 with a .251 wOBA.
