Miguel Sano homers, drives in five in Twins' win over Royals
Minnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano finished 3-for-5 with a homer and five RBI's in Sunday's win over the Kansas City Royals.
Sano blasted a three-run homer in the third inning and followed it up with a pair of RBI singles in the fourth and sixth innings. The 23-year-old is off to a blazing start this season after making a minor adjustment to his swing in the offseason. Sano was holding his hands higher, slowing down his swing. He is on pace for 49 home runs and 176 RBI's this season.
Sano is batting .316/.443/.684 with 7 home runs, 25 RBI's and 17 runs scored in 97 plate appearances in 2017.
