Oakland's Rajai Davis (hamstring) could be activated on Tuesday
Oakland Athletics outfielder Rajai Davis (hamstring) is on track to return from the disabled list on Tuesday.
Tuesday is the first day that Davis is eligible to return from the DL, which is a nice sign. He slashed only .214/.262/.375 to start the season, but he should regain his starting spot in centerfield. He will spend plenty of time hitting in the leadoff spot for the A's if he can stay healthy over the remainder of the season.
Our models project Davis to post a .254 batting average with nine homers, 36 RBI's and 33 steals over 364 plate appearances remaining this season.
