Bryce Harper continues to crush as the Nats rout the Rockies
Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper belted a three-run homer and scored two runs in Thursday's 16-5 rout of the Colorado Rockies.
Harper's three-run bomb was part of a 10-run seventh inning for Washington. He scored two runs in the inning and drew one walk overall. Harper is off to a torrid pace this season, ranking either first or second in the National League in runs scored, home runs, RBI's, and batting average.
The Nationals' star is batting .418/.535/.823 with 8 home runs, 25 RBI's, and 28 runs scored in 99 plate appearances.
