Kyle Seager (hip) back in the lineup for Seattle against Detroit
Seattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager (hip) is back in the lineup for Thursday afternoon's meeting with the Detroit Tigers.
A sore hip sidelined Seager for four games, but he's back at third base and batting fifth on Thursday. Taylor Motter, who started in his place for the past couple of games, will move over to first base and bat second today as a result.
Seager has had a slow start to the year from the dish, slashing .246/.360/.344 with a .306 wOBA through 75 plate appearances.
