Koda Glover lands on Nationals' disabled list with hip injury
Washington Nationals reliever Koda Glover has been placed on the 10-day disabled list with a left hip impingement.
Glover said he expects to be back after the minimum 10 days, but Shawn Kelley will own the ninth for Washington until then. Matt Grace was called up from Triple-A Syracuse in a corresponding roster move.
The 24-year-old right-hander owns a 4.15 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 17.6 strikeout percentage in 8 2/3 innings this season. He's converted on two saves and blown another.
