Kyle Seager (hip) not in the Mariners' starting lineup Wednesday
Seattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager (hip) is not in the starting lineup on Wednesday.
Seager has been out since Sunday with hip soreness, and while he said yesterday that he felt fine, he'll be getting at least one more day off while Taylor Motter draws the start at third base and bats fifth.
Seager has had a slow start to the year from the dish, slashing .246/.360/.344 with a .306 wOBA through 75 plate appearances.
