Tuesday night's game between the Atlanta Braves and New York Mets has been postponed due to rain.
Massive storms are moving across the northeast, making this the second postponement of the night. The game is scheduled to be made up as a doubleheader on September 25. Mets' pitcher Robbie Gsellman was due to face Julio Teheran on Tuesday but now will have his start skipped as Noah Syndergaard will pitch on regular rest against Teheran on Wednesday.
Gsellman has tossed 17 2/3 innings with a 5.09 ERA, 1.36 WHIP, and 20 strikeouts in four appearances (three starts) this season.
