Royals move Mike Moustakas to the leadoff spot on Tuesday
The Kansas City Royals have moved third baseman Mike Moustakas to the leadoff spot as they face the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday.
Manager Ned Yost is trying to shake up a slumping Royals offense by moving the Moustakas to the top spot. He has batted in the second spot in all but two of his games this season. Moustakas does lead the team with a .919 OPS so far this season.
Moustakas is batting .288/.329/.581 with 6 home runs, 10 RBI's and 10 runs scored in 70 plate appearances this season.
