San Francisco Giants outfielder Denard Span (shoulder) is expected to be out of action for two-to-four more days.
Span injured his shoulder when he crashed into the wall on Saturday and had already missed two games. Despite missing up to a week, the Giants are hopeful the injury will not require a disabled list stint. Drew Stubbs is starting in center field on Monday and will likely do so while Span is out.
Span has batted .200/.245/.280 with two RBI's and four runs scored in 53 plate appearances so far this season.
