Diamondbacks' Shelby Miller (forearm) set for MRI on Monday
Arizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Shelby Miller (forearm) is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Monday.
Miller and Diamondbacks manager Torey Louvullo both expressed concern after the right-hander was pulled from Sunday's start in the fifth inning due to tightness in his forearm. More details will be known later today once the results are in, but it sounds like Miller could be looking at a stint on the shelf.
Miller owns a 2-2 record with a 4.09 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 20.2 strikeout percentage in 22 innings pitched this season.
